INDIANAPOLIS — Elements Wealth Management was recently recognized as LPL Financial’s 2017 Program of the Year at the 13th Annual LPL Financial Program Leadership Conference.

Elements Wealth Management was selected as Program of the Year for a Peer Group of 5-10 Financial Advisors, among 700 LPL Financial programs considered.

As program manager, Matthew Snively supports and leads the investment program at Elements Wealth Management. They are supported by LPL, a leader in the retail financial advice market and the leading independent broker/dealer serving banks and credit unions.

Snively’s accomplishments received further recognition within the financial services industry. Bank Investment Consultants published their Best Managers in the Bank Channel on May 3, 2017. Snively received top 25 honors in that category.

The selection committee evaluates managers on the following: the number of advisors they oversee, team assets under management, percentage growth in team production, and production per advisor.
