Elements Awards Grants to Support Six Nonprofits in Central Indiana Elements Awards Grants to Support Six Nonprofits in Central Indiana Our credit union supports our members and the community through charitable giving. Each year, we donate 1% of our net income to nonprofit organizations that reflect one or more of our corporate “Pillars of Giving." Elements Employees Celebrate Purpose Day Purpose Day 2024 Since 1930, Elements has been committed to serving our community. Eight years ago, this dedication inspired the creation of Purpose Day — a special time when our employees unite to serve the causes we care about. This year we celebrated our 8th annual Purpose Day.
