Gift Card Entry Rules for Qualified Organizations or Employers Events — No purchase necessary to win and no fee required to attend event. Must be an employee of the Qualified Organization or Employer to register for the event and must attend the event to be eligible for the door prize. Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for prize. One chance to win per person. Odds of winning depend on number of attendees at event. Winner will be randomly drawn. Winner will receive door prize at event or by mail after event. All decisions of Elements Financial with respect to the prizes are final. All applicable federal, state and, local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No substitutions allowed.
