  1. 1 Contest Rules for Pirate Treasure Giveaway from Elements Financial  —  No purchase necessary to win. Applicant will be entered for a chance to win after they complete the submission form at elements.org/Treasure. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. One entry per person. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and officials of Elements Financial and Indianapolis Indians, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate in the contest. By entering the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Elements Financial, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officials, officers, employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damages of any kind arising from, or in connection with, this contest. Contest runs from April 2, 2024 - September 1, 2024. Winner will be drawn at random and contacted by Elements Financial by September 10, 2024. Winner has 48 business hours to claim the prize. If not claimed, a new winner will be chosen at random. All decisions of Elements Financial with respect to the contest are final. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the contest winner. Winner agrees to release name(s) and be shown on social media. If the winner does not accept terms, a new winner will be chosen at random.

    There is one (1) total winner, winning:

    • Two (2) tickets for Cincinnati Reds game on Saturday, September 21 at 1:10 PM in Cincinnati, Ohio.
    • One (1) Visa Gift Card valued at $500.

  2. 2 Promo 5 High Interest Checking (Promo HINT) is a High Interest Checking account with blended rate tiers, meaning the stated dividend rate will be paid on the portion of the balance for each tier. Tier 1 earns a promotional 5.00% fixed Annual Percentage Yield (APY) on balances up to $20,000.00 for the first 12 months from the account opening date. *Tier 2 pays a blended APY ranging from 5.00% to 2.02% on balances from $20,000.01 to $50,000.00 and is variable and may change at any time without notice. To earn Tier 1 or Tier 2 dividend rates, 15 qualifying transactions must post per statement cycle on the account. The statement cycle includes all transactions posted after the last business day of the prior month through the last business day of the current month. Accounts not meeting the qualifying transaction threshold will earn 0.05% APY which is variable and may change at any time. Rates are accurate as of April 1, 2024. On the first day of the month following the account opening anniversary month, the Promo 5 High Interest Checking (Promo HINT) APY will automatically convert to the then current non-promotional High Interest Checking account APY which is variable and may change at any time without notice. Current High Interest Checking account holders, Promo 4 High Interest Checking account holders and those with any High Interest Checking accounts closed less than 180 days are not eligible. An existing High Interest Checking account cannot be converted to the Promo 5 High Interest Checking (Promo HINT) account. Limit one Promo 5 High Interest Checking (Promo HINT) account per person. Other qualifications may apply. Promotional offer may be discontinued at any time.   3. 3 Credit Card Related $200 Cash Bonus Value Offer — requiring at least 10 card purchase transactions totaling at least net $1,000 within 90 days of card approval — will be fulfilled as a one-time $200 statement credit. Statement credit will not reduce your monthly payment. If the account is closed within six months, we reserve the right to add the amount of the statement credit back to your account balance at that time. Secured Credit Card excluded. Existing or previous Elements credit cardholders not eligible.  /  Offer subject to credit approval and may be taxable. Elements reserves the right to amend or discontinue offers at any time.   4. 4 Indianapolis Indians Charities Contribution  — Upon meeting the qualifications for the cash bonus offer, a $100 corporate contribution from Elements directly to Indianapolis Indians Charities will be activated.
  5. 5 Concessions — Available to cardholders who visit Guest Relations at Victory Field during 2024 Wednesday Day Games and show their Indianapolis Indians Visa. Voucher to be provided for one (1) popcorn and one (1) soda to use at the concession stand. Limit one voucher per game, per cardholder.
  6. 6 Ticket Discount — Discount of $4 applies with online ticket purchases when using the code “Elements” at checkout. Not valid for July 4, 2024 game. Offer valid through 2024 season.
