A system upgrade will begin this Saturday, November 22 at 8:00pm Eastern time and will continue into Sunday morning. During this time, you might experience delays in accessing your Elements' accounts. Specifically, you could experience the following during the hours of the upgrade:
- Online and mobile banking inaccuracies in balance and/or accounts.
- Debit card transactions will be limited to $1,000.
- ATM cash withdrawals are limited to $500.
- Money transfer platforms such as Venmo, Apple Cash, and Cash App will be unable to connect to your accounts at Elements.
