Who is Emily?
Emily Klei is a Relationship Manager at Elements. She’s been recognized for her extensive help in multiple departments. She also got Elements involved with the Westfield Schools for community involvement. Her top five strengths are Achiever, Responsibility, Competition, Learner, and Belief.
What does Emily do?
Her role is to ensure that all our members from our Select Employer Group companies feel valued, understood, and supported – leading to long-term loyalty and business growth.
When did Emily join Elements?
Emily joined Elements in March of 2025. She mentioned being drawn to the work culture, the flexibility in her role, and our motto: empowering members to achieve financial success. “I really love that we stand by in with our financial literacy workshops. I love that we have the tools to be set up for success,” she says.
Why does Emily enjoy working at Elements?
Emily enjoys working with her team. “From the moment I started, everyone has been so kind, friendly, and helpful. It truly feels like family here and I love it,” she exclaims. She also loves getting to help members with their finances – giving them the tools to put in their toolbox.
She applies her strength of Achiever to her role by helping members reach their goals. She also uses her Learner and Belief strengths to stay curious and find new, innovative ways to share financial tools with our members. “I love to learn, and I want members to continuously learn from the workshops we provide,” she adds.
Where can we find Emily?
Outside of Elements, you can find Emily working out at the YMCA, reading a Colleen Hoover book, or spending time with her fiancé and their two pups. Emily grew up in Brookville, Indiana, and she constantly visits her parents’ home when she needs to get away, as she enjoys the peace and quiet. If there’s one place she could visit more often, it would be Sedona, AZ.
What are some "fun facts" about Emily?
- If Emily could only eat one thing for the rest of her life, it would be mac n’ cheese.
- While she doesn’t like eating pie, Emily enjoys baking it.
- In school, Emily played track, cross country, and travel volleyball.
