Coloring Contest

To enter, submit your child’s completed coloring page along with the Official Coloring Contest Entry Form by one of the following methods by August 15, 2025 at 4:00 PM ET. One entry per child. Artwork must be original, completed by the child, and submitted by the parent. Elements will not accept direct submissions from minor children. By entering, you grant Elements Financial permission to share submitted artwork publicly for promotional purposes, not limited to the website, social media, within the branches, and other locations. The contest runs from July 15, 2025 – August 15, 2025.

Privacy Notice: Elements Financial Federal Credit Union is committed to protecting your child’s privacy. The 2025 Elements Financial Coloring Contest is open to and directed at parents who may enter and submit artwork on behalf of their children.  It is not otherwise directed at minor children.  Any and all communications regarding this contest from Elements Financial Federal Credit Union will be with the Parent/Guardian Entrant, and not a child artist or other minor. The information collected through this contest (child’s name, age, and artwork) will be used solely for the administration and promotion of the contest. We do not sell or share this information with third parties. Parents may request to review or delete their child’s information at any time by contacting us at businessdevelopment@elements.org.

From all valid entries, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by a group of Elements employees and contacted by Elements Financial by August 22, 2025. The winner has 48 business hours to claim the prize. If not claimed, a new winner will be chosen. All decisions of Elements Financial with respect to the contest are final. Grand Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the contest winner. No substitution dates allowed. Postponement or cancellation is subject to the raincheck policy of the Indianapolis Indians and Tri- City Chili Peppers.

The winner agrees to release name(s) and be shown on social media. If the winner does not accept the terms, a new winner will be chosen. One prize per person and household. Winner must provide email address to claim tickets. No other options will be made available.

There is one (1) Grand Prize winner, winning: Four (4) tickets to the Tri-City Chili Peppers Cosmic Baseball game in the Elements Financial Club at Victory Field on Saturday, September 6, 2025. Food and beverages are included with tickets. The combined total value is $660.00. May be reported on a 1099 Miscellaneous. If selected winner is not an existing Elements Financial member, please provide a us postal address with submission.

There is one (1) second-place winner, winning: $50 Prize Money – Deposited by August 29, 2025, to the Elements Financial account provided on the Official Coloring Contest Entry Form.

There is one (1) third-place winner, winning: $25 Prize Money – Deposited by August 29, 2025, to the Elements Financial account provided on the Official Coloring Contest Entry Form.

There are seven (7) honorable mention winners, winning: $5 Prize Money– Deposited by August 29, 2025, to the Elements Financial account provided on the Official Coloring Contest Entry Form.
