  3. 3 Elements Financial - Refer-A-Friend Checking Account Offer: The Elements member making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 Visa® Virtual Reward for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Elements Financial who registers for the offer via ReferLive, opens a new Elements Financial personal checking account, and completes the offer requirements within the time specified in the offer. To make a referral, the Referrer must be an Elements member, register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family, or coworkers. A Referrer may earn up to $500 in Visa Virtual Reward within a calendar year. Only one Referrer may receive a Visa Virtual Reward for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements.

    Offer Requirements: To earn a $50 Visa Virtual Reward, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new Elements Financial personal checking account, and meet the following requirements within 90 days of account opening:

    • Have two (2) or more external direct deposits of $500 or more each.
      • A qualifying direct deposit must be an electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension, or other government benefits (such as Social Security) from your employer or the government. Person-to-Person payments including but not limited to Zelle® and Venmo®, and transfers from external accounts, do not qualify as direct deposits under the Program.

    The Referred Person is subject to membership eligibility, and will be considered ineligible if they currently have, or have had a previous Elements checking account within the last 180 days.

    The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Elements Financial or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Visa Virtual Reward will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided.

    Please allow 2-3 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Visa Virtual Reward. The Visa Virtual Rewards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the reward and expire 6 months after date of issuance. Virtual Rewards may be reported as income to the IRS.
