Elements Financial has partnered with Banzai to provide interactive financial education designed to empower you and your children with the skills needed to manage money and build financial confidence effectively. Ask us how your child can earn a little extra by completing a Banzai course5.

Banzai Junior

Banzai Junior provides real-life scenarios that show users how to make wise decisions when faced with financial dilemmas. Designed for kids aged 8 to 12, Banzai Junior uses the storyline of a summer lemonade stand and the goal of a new bike—or hoverboard for the financially daring—to teach concepts like interest and fees, envelope budgeting, and discretionary income.

Banzai Teen

Created for users aged 13-17, Banzai Teen gives teens the opportunity to work through real-life financial problems in a safe environment. Throughout the course, the user's goal is to save enough money to register at Vanderbilt Community College, but unforeseen challenges and quirky scenarios make reaching that goal not-so-straightforward—just like real life!

  1. 1 Report Card Reward Program: Elements reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice. This promotion is for Indiana residents only and is active from January 1, 2026 – January 31, 2026. Report cards must be dated from the Fall 2025 semester and submitted within the active time frame. To qualify, the student must be an Elements member between the ages of 13-18 and the primary owner of a Grow Savings account. Report cards may only be submitted by the student's parent or legal guardian. Report cards consisting of all A’s will receive a $10 deposit. Report cards consisting of A’s and B’s will receive a $5 deposit. The reward earned will be deposited into their Grow Savings account no later than February 28, 2026.  Only one reward per report card per person per semester with a maximum reward total of $20 per calendar year. Grow account must be open and in good standing at the time of reward distribution. Elements reserves the right to deny distributing an award if the report card is found to be falsified or inaccurate.  
  2. 2 $5.00 Deposit Bonus – Offer effective July 15, 2025. Earn a $5 bonus dividend each calendar month for Elements members ages 18 and under who are the primary owner of a Grow savings account. To qualify for this bonus offer, a minimum of 5 separate deposits of at least $5 each, per calendar month must be made into the same Grow savings account. Only one deposit per day of at least $5 will count towards the 5 separate deposits requirement for the calendar month. Dividends and refunds are excluded from qualifying deposits. Upon meeting the 5th qualifying deposit in a calendar month, the $5 bonus dividend will be deposited into the Grow savings account the month after the deposit qualification is met. The bonus is considered dividends and may be reported on form 1099-INT. One $5 bonus per member per calendar month. Membership required. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Elements reserves the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time.
  3. 3 Student Edge Checking Debit Card Reward – Offer accurate as of July 15, 2025. This offer is available to members ages 10 to 18 years with an active Elements Student Edge Checking account. Limit one $5 Debit Reward per member per month. To qualify for the monthly reward, the member must complete ten (10) debit card purchases, excluding money transfers and ATM transactions completed and posted within a calendar month. Members who meet the qualifications will receive a $5 reward, deposited into their Student Edge Checking account the month after completing the required debit card transactions. For example, if the 10 qualifying transactions are completed and posted in August, the reward will be deposited in September. Account must be open and in good standing at the time of reward distribution. The credit union reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice
  4. 4 Youth Certificates: Birthday, Graduation, and Holiday Certificate (Fixed Rate) Annual Percentage Yield (APY) effective as of January 1, 2026, and may change without notice. Minimum deposit of $100.00 to open certificate. Maximum balance is limited to $20,000.00. At the time of account opening, the primary account owner must be the age of 24 or younger, and at least one account owner must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum of $100 balance required to earn dividends. Individual Retirement account funds are not eligible. Penalty for early withdrawal.
