UPDATE April 23: To remedy the issues some Android users have been experiencing accessing our Card Control app, an upgrade release was rolled into production. When you select Debit Card Control in the Elements mobile app, you will be redirected to the Google Play store and prompted to download the upgrade.
UPDATE April 22: We are aware of a new issue affecting the Card Control application for some Android users where a Session Expired error may be received when accessing it from our mobile banking app. Although these users cannot open the application, previously set up card criteria(s) are still working. You will be notified should a transaction trigger a notification. We are working to restore access and appreciate your patience.
