Elements Cares Committee Announces Annual Grants to Local Community

Elements Financial is committed to giving a portion of our annual net income back to nonprofit organizations that serve the Central Indiana community. Each year, our Elements Cares Committee reviews grant submissions through a partnership with the Central Indiana Community Foundation to select charities that align with our company values.

Once all the potential charities are selected, the members of Elements Cares host an event called “Pitch Fest,” where representatives from each organization are invited to give 10-minute presentations “pitching” a specific project that needs funding.

At the end of the 2023 Pitchfest, the committee gifted 7 organizations a total of $60,000.

At Elements, it’s important for us to give back to the community where we live and work.

- Matthew Snively, chair of the Elements Cares Committee
