August 28, 2020 (INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Chamber of Commerce honored 125 companies from across the state this week during a special all-virtual 2020 Best Places to Work in Indiana celebration event. Rankings for the organizations were announced in four categories arranged by size, from as small as 15 to major employers with 2,100 on staff. The top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
Joining companies throughout Indiana and across a range of industries, Elements Financial landed among the honorees in the second-largest category of Medium Companies (75 to 249 employees) at #18 out of 40. Organizations that have displayed sustained excellence are also awarded Hall of Fame designations if named to the list at least 60% of the time in the program’s 15-year history. Elements is one of only 7 groups among the 2020 Medium Companies to meet that criteria, after appearing 10 times among the Best Places to Work.

The 2020 Best Places to Work in Indiana celebration, sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College, presented a new virtual experience that allowed employers to host their own gatherings in real time to share the news with as many employees as possible. Elements proudly hosted up to 70 of its employees at the peak of their private online party on a Monday afternoon. Typically, for the in-person event, a maximum of 30 employees are able to attend.
