Who is Mindy?

Mindy Greene is an animal lover, a people person, a PowerPoint pro, and our Executive Assistant at Elements. 

What Does Mindy Do?

Mindy’s day-to-day consists of managing projects for our CEO and the Executive Team. From booking meetings and conferences to assisting with budget management, Mindy must always stay on her toes. She makes sure each business day runs smoothly and effectively, like clockwork. 

When Did Mindy Join Elements?

Mindy has worked in administrative positions for almost 30 years. These have ranged from small non-profits to The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and large corporate organizations — such as Anthem — where she worked for over 16 years.

After many years of working for Anthem, she felt a desire to move on to somewhere more community-oriented. She loves giving back to her community in her free time through animal rescue and welfare initiatives and wanted to work in the not-for-profit world where she felt like she could make more of an impact. One day, she decided to walk her resume across the street from Anthem to the Elements Financial headquarters, and the rest is history.

Where Can You Find Mindy?

When she isn’t at home or the office, you may find Mindy outdoors or spending time with family. She recently found herself in Portland, Oregon, visiting family members who reside there. From the beautiful beaches, high rocks, and breathtaking waterfalls, it easily became one of Mindy’s favorite places and she’s already planning a return trip.

She also recently returned from a trip to India to attend her niece’s wedding and was amazed at the culture there. It’s ignited her travel bug so she also has a desire to travel to Italy for another set of beautiful views and culture — and maybe some wine and cheese. 

Why Does Mindy Enjoy Elements?

Mindy’s job can be very busy at times, yet Mindy enjoys the challenge of putting her skills to work to do everything she can to support the CEO, the Executive Team, and the company as a whole. As a social person, being able to work with different people on projects, presentations, and events is one of her favorite parts of the job. Every day she feels satisfaction from helping others who need her support. 

How is Mindy Outside the Office?

She spends most of her free time with her animals, helping out in the community, or writing in her journal. Since Mindy’s job is action-packed, she enjoys using her free time to relax at home with music or spending time outdoors.
