• Have two (2) or more external direct deposits of $500 or more each.
  • A qualifying direct deposit must be an electronic deposit of your paycheck, pension, or other government benefits (such as Social Security) from your employer or the government. Person-to-Person payments including but not limited to Zelle® and Venmo®, and transfers from external accounts, do not qualify as direct deposits under the Program.

The Referred Person is subject to membership eligibility, and will be considered ineligible if they currently have, or have had a previous Elements checking account within the last 180 days.

The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Elements Financial or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Visa Virtual Reward will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided.

Please allow 2-3 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Visa Virtual Reward. The Visa Virtual Rewards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the reward and expire 6 months after date of issuance. Virtual Rewards may be reported as income to the IRS.

Referral links are issued solely for individual, personal, and non-commercial use. The Referrer expressly agrees not to use the referral program or any referral link in a manner that is intended, or could reasonably be expected, to manipulate, exploit, misrepresent, or otherwise harm the referral program, or its members, including through fraudulent activity, gaming of incentives, or circumvention of program controls. Elements Financial reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deactivate referral links, deny or revoke rewards, and take any additional action deemed appropriate if Elements Financial determines that the Referrer and/or Referred Person engaged in misuse, or other prohibited activity, including but not limited to establishing or using an account for the purpose of exploiting the promotional offer or otherwise engaging in promotional abuse.

Use of Elements Financial trademarks, logos, or copyrighted website content in third-party videos, advertisements, or digital content without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the program, forfeiture of any rewards, and further legal action.

These terms and conditions may change at any time without notice. The Referred Person and Referrer must both have an open membership in good standing at the time the rewards are to be paid.
