Changes to External Transfers

Elements Financial external transfer options are improving! Effective, Wednesday, October 25, the Account-to-Account (A2A) and Person-to-Person (P2P) payments options in online banking will be ending. 

Moving forward, there will continue to be a number of ways to send money. From the Transactions menu in Elements online or mobile banking, you may select from either of the following:

  • Green P2P: Send money to another person with just their email or mobile number. Funds are sent via POS debit card transaction and could be received the same day. 
  • A2A or Account-to-Account Transfers: Quickly send or receive money between accounts you have at Elements and those at other financial institutions. To get started within online or mobile banking, select Transactions > Add External Account.

We are making the Account-to-Account transfer switch easy for you by moving the external accounts you already have set up into the new A2A Transfers area. If you have recurring Account-to-Account transfers set up you will need to set those up as recurring again.
